The data, item by item
Submit the quote form and five items stay with us: a ZIP, the laying option you picked, whatever you chose to tell us about the rooms, a name and a callback number. Choose the written route instead, and an email address plus the note itself join that short list. Underneath it all, the server writes its usual technical log, IP and browser make included, whose main job is telling humans from scripts.
Why we keep it
One reason only: ringing you, measuring the rooms and producing your figure. No profile gets built, no list gets compiled, no ad platform ever receives a byte of it, and nobody pays us for it in any currency.
Who reads it
The fitter dialing your number, the crew booked for your rooms, and the machines of our hosting provider, bound by their own confidentiality contracts. The circle closes there.
When it disappears
After a project wraps up, its file survives only as long as tax rules insist, then it is destroyed. Prefer a shorter shelf? One line to contact@laminate-flooring-installation.com and the erasure happens without debate.
On cookies
No advertising cookie, no analytics beacon, nothing that follows you elsewhere. The forms may lean on a bare session cookie that dies with your visit. The coverage map stays inert until it scrolls into your screen; once loaded, its provider governs what happens inside that frame.
Three things you may demand
See the record, fix the record, or wipe the record: one short email to contact@laminate-flooring-installation.com triggers whichever of the three you name, costs nothing and requires no forms.
